By downloading, installing, or using the Pinglo application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Pinglo is a utility application designed for small merchants in India to relay UPI payment notifications from the owner's device to the devices of authorized staff members. Pinglo is not a payment gateway, processor, or bank. We do not process transactions or handle money.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and join codes.
• You must ensure that you have the legal right to monitor and share payment notifications with the staff members you authorize.

4. Limitations of Liability

Pinglo relies on Android's notification system and third-party UPI applications. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or accuracy. In no event shall Pinglo be liable for any missed payments, financial losses, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Pinglo at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
